Island Time is the perfect getaway! The condo is tastefully decorated, private and very quiet! The beds were so comfortable, just like home. The kitchen was updated with all the appliances we needed and more. Nights were spent playing various games at the large dining table and enjoying the large tvs. The pool, picnic tables and swings were relaxing additions to the condo grounds. Parking couldn’t have been easier and its ground floor location was perfect. We loved the location! It’s an easy drive to anywhere on the island, including the beach. Additionally, it’s a short walk to one of the few supermarkets on the island and to several restaurants ( including both a bagel shop and bakery). Management was so easy to work, with making this an ideal vacation getaway. This is the place we will return to when we go back to St. Simons!

Our favorite place to stay in St. Simons!

Any time we come to St. Simons, we try to book this condo because of how comfortable and convenient it is to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It’s located in a quiet area and is nearly walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants. It’s a quick drive over to the beach and Pier Village as well. The condo is decorated beautifully and is extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at ISLAND TIME on St. Simon's Island. Beautifully decorated and stocked generously, we loved the pool and the location of this 2/2 first floor condo. Close to Southern Soul BBQ and other fabulous restaurants and shops, we were only minutes away from the beach which was so convenient. I am already booking another trip and another vacation at ISLAND TIME!

We will definitely be back!

My husband and I loved staying here! The location is great. You are close to the grocery store, Starbucks, golf-cart rentals, and a great bagel shop. It is about a 10 minute golf-cart ride to the public beach access and is golf-cart friendly the whole way. The condo was very clean and the decor was updated. We were so happy to find a cute and affordable place that was dog friendly (the beach is also dog friendly). We will be back for another visit soon.

A must-stay!

Spent 4 nights at Island Time and had the best time. This location is a 10/10 - so convenient to anything on the island like restaurants, grocery store, beach, shopping, everything you'd want. The property management was unbelievably responsive and helpful. There's a very cool tablet/ipad that's attached to the wall that's so helpful for finding recommendations, details on the property and so much more. This will forever be where I stay when I come to St. Simon.

Beautiful, one-level, 2 bedroom condo in great central location!!

So enjoyed our stay at ISLAND TIME! Beautifully decorated, central location with secure gated entry, full sized kitchen, spacious rooms and very comfy beds! Ground floor entry and easy parking makes this condo convenient for loading and unloading. Private, quiet position in complex with backyard area and access is good for dog walking, grilling and bike storage. So many amenities and thoughtful touches makes this condo a real 5 star! We certainly will be back.

This is an excellent property.

It is located in a very quiet area of Saint Simon’s Island, but is quite near to the beaches, good restaurants and shopping. The unit itself is very nicely decorated and laid out. It also is located on the ground floor—no navigating steps. The two bedrooms are a decent distance apart; the kitchen is well-appointed and the living dining areas offer enough space that even four people wouldn’t feel cramped. I would recommend without reservation this unit to anyone wanting to enjoy the Island.

Super comfy condo in a great location!

This condo was perfect for our St. Simons visit! It’s on the first floor and is decorated beautifully. The beds are super comfortable, and the place is in a great location, only a few minutes from the beach, pier village, and next door to a grocery store and other restaurants. You must stay here next time you visit St. Simons!
